Every three years, TSG Group will release a new Roadmap pointing out the path of coming future. Correspondingly, every six months, a manager meeting(AMM) will be held for reviewing the development of the group in the past six months. In this meeting, the deviation from the roadmap will be analyzed and the latest direction and strategy of the group will be released.
In 2022, the 2nd half manager meeting of TSG was held in September. In the past six months, TSG QM, SALES, QTY and ATI have achieved the expected goals. In 2022, the epidemic still exists and the global economy is uncertain. This is both a crisis and an opportunity.
